1. Service Description

Bengaluru Battery provides on-demand, mobile doorstep battery replacement (car, bike, UPS) and emergency jumpstart services within Bengaluru city limits.

2. User Obligations & Site Conditions

You agree to provide accurate location data and vehicle/inverter specifications. A safe, legally parked environment must be provided for our technicians to perform installations. You must confirm ownership or authorized use of the vehicle before requesting service.

3. Pricing & Scrap Exchange

Quoted prices that include a "Scrap Battery Exchange Discount" require you to hand over a used battery of equivalent Ah (Ampere-hour) capacity. If the old battery is missing or severely damaged (leaking/cracked), the final invoice will be adjusted to the standard retail price without the discount.

4. Warranties & Replacements

All new batteries (Exide, Amaron, Luminous, etc.) carry the official Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) warranty. Bengaluru Battery facilitates the initial digital warranty registration, but all subsequent claims, replacements, and pro-rata discounts are strictly governed by the respective manufacturer's policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for pre-existing electrical faults, alternator failures, wiring issues, or subsequent vehicle malfunctions. Our liability is strictly limited to the correct installation of the specific battery provided.
